Biochemistry
Knowledge of Biochemistry is vital to the understanding of the physiology of life. With this objective our teaching programme has been tailored to suit the under-graduate studentsÂ’ needs.
Anatomy
Anatomy is taught and learnt mainly by dissection. This is supported by theory classes teaching detailed anatomy stressing the applied and clinical aspects including histology and applied anatomy. There is a seminar hall with modern teaching aids.
Pharmacology
The dept. imparts knowledge & skills in pharmacology to enable the students to be well versed with the rational use of drugs in a scientific way with a human touch. Well equipped laboratories are available for practical training.
